AAU students participate in a workshop on sports for people of determination

The Sports Club at the Deanship of Student Affairs (Abu Dhabi campus) organized a visit to the Zayed Higher Organization for People of Determination, where students attended a workshop entitled, Sports for People of Determination. The workshop aimed to raise awareness of the importance of integrating people of determination into sports activities and encourage them to practice sports. During the workshop, many interactive activities were presented that shed light on the challenges faced by people of determination in the sports field, in addition to discussing ways to provide an integrated sports environment that supports their abilities and meets their needs. The students also learned about the most important athletes of determination who excelled in various sports and achieved honorable achievements at the local and international levels. The students praised the level of the workshop and expressed their appreciation for the efforts made by the Zayed Higher Organization to support people of determination in various fields. They also stressed the importance of spreading the culture of awareness and solidarity with this group in society.
